1) You will need the swap
2) Get ahold of Phoenix TUning so they can make you a plug and play harness for the car
3)Have someone who is skilled to install it.

Now as far as going single turbo and if it will fit your GS4? I have no idea buddy. I'm not a installer, I'm just a GS owner like you....

Your stock diff will work fine.
You will need engine management of some sort (least expensive would be an afc, better would be a haltech f10x)
If you go single you will probably want to swap out the factory injectors for some usdm supra injectors and match impedance for the jdm ecu.
