you can probably use the american harness but you will have to remove the maf plug and install/run the wires from there for the Map and IAT sensors, as the JDM runs on map.
you need to use the JDM ecu, but as long as it is also odb1 it should plug right into the USDM harness. this will be alot less work than extending or modifying the jdm harness, and you can install these in under 30 minutes.

oil pan depends on which car the motor came from. worst case you swap over your old oil pan to the new motor so dont junk your old motor just yet.
ignitors and everything else will be the same if it is odb1 and has distributor ignition.

heres the diagram for installing the map and IAT sensor.

note you dont run a new wire to pin 62B, you just move the old maf wire (66b) to pin 62 at the ecu and then you have all the wires you need right there at the old maf plug.

Thanks Ali that will help Me a lot. Is another way to reuse us harness, maf and ecu on this engine?( I red one post about same swap and some body state that He reuse harness and ecu from us 2jzge). I did clean jdm engine and I find on block just 2jz not 2jzge. I don't know if it make any difference or not. Thanks.

oh yeah I completely forgot about that one I figured you were asking how to use the JDM stuff. If you want to keep the US ecu and maf sensor, its even easier just drop the motor in and use the US intake piping with the maf and you should be good to go. If you find any sensors that have different plugs, either swap plugs with the JDM harness (need tiny flat screwdriver), or just swap your US sensors onto the JDM engine. pretty straight forward. Obviously you wont be connecting the maf sensor or intake sensor, just leave them unplugged. keep us updated.

Exactly, you can even reuse your intake and exhaust manifolds and swap them to jdm long motor, u will have to delte egr if you swap your intake side as the jdm head does not come pre drilled for egr, u can use a block off plate on the us y pipe or just use the jdm y pipe (the one that sits on top of the motor) it will bolt up.

If u want to keep egr you can drill out the hole on the head or use the usdm head, obviously you would be using the us intake then cause jdm one has no egr.
