Need engine

Does anyone know where to get a good complete long block?/ 2jzge 98-00?? Local to LA, SD, or the OC???

I guess 98-04 is the same?? Can I drop in a 400/430 engine?? Or too much trouble? Just curious... But I do need an engine.

u mean a stock gs3 motor right?
i might still hav one at the body shop
