When i dial on my phone (motorola razor) and have the lexus bluetooth connected i do not hear anything until the person picks up (don't hear phone ring)- there is a short delay before i'm connected and many times the other person hangs up thinking there is nobody on the line- there must be a way to adjust/change this.. thanks..
Yeah, mine does the same thing (cingular v551)...when I dial the # from the phone. If I dial the number from the touch screen using the keypad or phone book, the problem does not exist.
I've performed the "fix" that enables me to dial while the car is in motion, so I ALWAYS use the cars dialing features when connected via blue tooth.
If you don't want to "fix" your system, just make sure your phonebook has all of your entries and use it often.
