How-To Tuesday: Installing Angelic Halo Headlights
We’ve been focusing on some of the easier DIY projects for our How-To Tuesday articles lately, but you’ve done such excellent work with those, we think you’re ready for something a little more difficult.
Today’s How-To Tuesday article will walk you through the step-by-step process of installing halo headlights. Sure, it’s a moderately difficult DIY project, which should take you the better part of half a day, but just look at that finished product above and you’ll understand why its a worthwhile mod. And installing them on your own will save you a good deal of cash.
Before you get started though, understand that this mod will require you to understand your car’s wiring. If you don’t possess such knowledge, perhaps you’ve got a friend that does? And maybe that friend is motivated by the beer in your fridge?
Other than a friend with wiring knowledge, you’ll need a few other things to get started as well, namely a metric socket set, a socket driver, wire strippers, and screwdrivers. Once you’ve got your tools lined up, it’s just a matter of following the eight steps outlined in the article, and you’ll be well on your way to far more angelic headlights.
