Back in 1990, Lexus only sold the ES250, which was based on the then-current Toyota Camry, and the LS400, its rival to the big four-doors from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Cadillac. Had that latter car been a dud, I probably wouldn’t be writing this on this site right now.
We’ll obviously have to wait and see, but I think Lexus fans have might have reason to expect some love from the LFA-loving Jezza, even if he’s not always complimentary in regards to the company’s products.
Lexus is the new sponsor for the BBC 4, and has released six new mini commercials which will run on the network. Personally, I like the “Wedding Dress”—because I’m a sucker for half-naked girls—but they’re all pretty moody and cool.
