Wekfest Returns to Japan for 2019 Show
Another great show that featured Ferrari, Nissan and of course, Toyota.
One of the best shows hands sown
The style of modding cars has really blended from the United States to Japan in the leanings toward riveted widebodies and custom fabrication. Port Messe Nagoya played host once again to this Wekfest in Japan.

Dream car
It used to be that the turbo models were hard to find but now it's all of them. Sigh, oh well.

Keeping it simple
One of the "in" cars right now is the FRS/86/BRZ. You can throw almost anything at this car and it looks decent.

They do the hard work so we can just enjoy the show
The thing that Wekfest is so great about is prescreening and curating the selection of vehicle that goes into each and every show that they put on.

From the early days in the import scene
The car that everyone lusted after seeing Initial D is the iconic AE86.

Still like these better than the R35
Seeing this R34 reminds me that things may get a bit crazy with importers in a few years when these become legal in the states.
