1. The Cheesecake Factory

This one is almost too obvious; the seats are cushy and comfortable, the portions are huge, and the quality of the food is a cut above your typical fast casual chain. They don't offer drive thru service, because you don't eat in a luxury car, but their take out service is phenomenal. The namesake cheesecakes, if you even have room for desert, are as rich and soft as the leather seats in an LS460, and the drinks from their bar are as strong as the motor in the RC500. Another nice thing about The Cheesecake Factory is that most have plenty of parking, leaving no worries about your car getting dinged or scratched, or curbing your wheels trying to squeeze into a spot.

2. Chili's

The Cheesecake Factory is great, but sometimes you just want something a little more adventurous and spicy, and then you end up at Chili's. This is another quality restaurant with generous proportions and a super to-go program, often with curbside pick up. The menu serves up a variety of options, from American style steaks and burgers to Mexican favorites like tacos and quesadillas to unique Tex-Mex fusions of the two. Of course, don't forget the baby back, baby back, baby back ribs. Designate a driver, because the margaritas are strong and delicious.

3. Longhorn Steakhouse

If Lexus was a food, it would be a thick and tender steak, and the favorite chain restaurant for steak of drivers of the brand is Longhorn Steakhouse. From the LX570-like thick and tender filet mignon, to the CT200h-esque quick and affordable lunch entrees, they have something for everyone. Longhorn also has a great carry out menu, so you can stop by on the way home from work and bring a quality meal home to the whole family. If you're out for the night, and the kids have a sitter, they have a full selection of adult beverages available, too.

4. Alamo Drafthouse

Research indicates that Lexus drivers love seeing movies on the big screen with killer sound and 3D picture, and one of the best places to do that is the Alamo Drafthouse. This Texas-based chain (also the home of Toyota/Lexus) serves up surprisingly good food and a unique movie going experience. Of course, they show the latest releases in 3D, but they also play classic movies and present themed events with the dinner menu picked specifically for the film. At the moment there are about 30 Alamo Drafthouses around the country, many in Texas, but they are spreading.

5. Panera Bread

A Lexus is much like any other car, but a little better in just about every way, and Panera Bread with their fresh baked breads, pastries, sandwiches and soups is just a little better than other shops like it. This shop is probably the favorite grab-it-and-go choice, with drive thru service available in many locations. Why would you choose the pedestrian offerings from Subway, when you can get something like the Italian, with smoked ham, Chianti wine salami, spicy sopressa and provolone on a freshly baked hoagie roll. Stop in, or at some locations call for delivery, and get a meal that is sit down quality while still fast, affordable and convenient.

6. Starbucks

Sure, you don't eat in your car much, but stopping for a Starbucks on your way to the freeway to commute to work is practically a daily routine. The widely customized menu and large selection of high quality drink choices, all of them good, is very much like the selection and service you get from your local Lexus dealer. So turn up the seat heaters and order a venti ice blended pumpkin spice latté for your drive, even though the sky is cold and grey and threatening snow. You deserve a sweet treat.
