Daily Slideshow: This Lexus RC F is Ready for a Race
From the color to the wheels and wings this is one Lexus that puts on a serious show.
1st things 1st
It’s orange. It’s really orange... but in the best way possible. Every once in a while you see a build that has the right color combination and presence. This is without question one of those builds. It’s done right and tastefully to enhance the natural look of the car with heavy influences from the world of racing. Everything from the front splitter to the controversial fender flares meshes well together.

Base Layer
In the past few years, the RC F has garnered some attention from the aftermarket scene and with very good reason. Even race teams have built cars based on this new performance luxury platform. At the heart of this build is 5.0L four-cam V8 that chucks out 467 horsepower and 389 pound-feet of torque. Definitely, enough to get this car moving despite its 3,900lb mass.

Gut the Interior
But leave all the fun stuff. This build has the perfect mix of race car and luxury car blended together. The dash was kept relatively stock, but the rest of the interior was removed, bucket seats were fitting and a massive roll cage was installed. The tubing looks robust and was finished in white paint to contrast the exterior.

Overall Impression
Beyond Marketing has managed to hot rod a luxury car and do a damn good job of it in the process. The car looks great and really stands out while maintaining a strong presence even when standing still. Hopefully, in the future, they continue to modify and improve these cars and get them out on the race track. There’s nothing cooler than modded luxury cars!
