5 Reasons Why the Rocket Bunny RC F Sport Will Remotely Control Your Heart

1. Custom-tailored tires

Rocket Bunny is the brain child of automotive designer and aero kit superstar Kei Miura who has been putting a sexy shine on cars since the early 90’s when he was commissioned to design some parts of a Ferrari Dino. Miura draws inspiration from kyusha (classic cars) which explains why his designs express the retro curves and angles of the bosozoku cars that used to be driven by Japanese gangs when he was a child. In an interview with Speedhunters back in 2014, Miura revealed that the car’s shape has a big influence on the design of a kit. “Designing the kit itself is not hard, but to make it match with the car is the hardest part.” For Miura the aesthetic look is of the utmost importance, but only if it matches the car itself. He uses Rhino [3D modeling software] to design his kits, but most of his designs begin with a series of hand-drawn sketches.

In 2014 Rocket Bunny launched its RC F Sport body kit at the Las Vegas Convention Center as the sexiest car at SEMA.  The Rocket Bunny RC-F features custom-made Toyo wheels straight out of Enkei, Japan. Specifically, they’re 6666 TRA Kyoto-designed 19-inch wheels measuring 10.5 inches wide up front and 12 inches wide out back.

5. It has a friggen hydraulic lift system

If you’re not familiar with a hydraulic lift system (HLS) the hydraulic cylinder is located on the coilover body. It allows the driver to raise up the suspension to help get over speed bumps and high curbs. There isn't any compression of the extended cylinder, so there's no unwanted suspension movement, and the driving characteristics of the V3 remain intact. It's a pretty well-thought out addition to a high-performance sports car!
