5 Cars the RC-F is Faster Than
Lexus recently introduced its RC-F brand of vehicle. It retails for $64,165 and is considered by many experts to be a fantastic blend of sports car and luxury automobile. Here’s how the RC-F compares to five of the other fast cars you see on the roadway:
1. Audi RS5
The RC-F is powered by a 5.0L V8 engine that gives it 467 horsepower and 389lb-ft of torque. Per “Car and Driver,” it can go from zero-to-sixty in 4.3 seconds, and cover a quarter mile’s distance in 12.8 seconds.
The RS5, on the other hand, is powered by a 4.2L V8 with 450 horsepower and 317lb-ft of torque. In track tests, it went from zero-to-sixty in 4.4 seconds; it covered a distance of a quarter-mile time in 12.8 seconds—the same as Lexus’s RC-F.
Audi’s RS5 retails for $70,900.
