Right/Passenger's side vent is behind the harness, arrow points to its top rear edge.  The aft amp bracket's 10mm nut is at right, there is a similar nut under the carpet to the left.  Once the nuts are removed, the entire amp can be removed and/or rotated out of the way.  Make sure to place the harnesses on *top* of the plastic cable tray under the amp before reinstalling.  AMHIK.
