225/40-18 tire needed ASAP!!

My little brother (member handle Stefwilli), popped one of his tires today and needs a new one ASAP, can anyone help?

I am going to post this in the Marketplace, but I wanted to maximize visibility!

Any tire from MA down to Philly can be picked up!

Doug, he rolled over something and cut the sidewall. Hopefully he hasnt caught the DaizenLex curse:yikes:
