how is it that knockoffs can resemble the original so closely? I'd think that the original design would be patented? Or are the rights sold to anyone, say, after a certain period of time?

all the copies simply have slight variations to prevent from law suits...i dno not think the designs are patented...all about integrity...

I don't think wheel designs can actually be patented...

That brand is a notorious knock-off company...man, it's so pathetic to see the lack of integrity these type of companies have. What's even worse are all the people that KNOWINGLY buy knock-off *****...that's even MORE pathetic. :rolleyes:

unfortunately, most buyers are either uniformed or just plain cheap...it's sad...people always trying to live beyond their means just to be "cool"...I have no respect for such people....like I always say, there is NOTHING wrong with driving your car STOCK.
