Here are my HRE 448s on the first gen. GS300. The wheels are 19X9 in front and 19X10 in the rear. If you have any other questions, my brother, SoCalSC4 is much better qualified to answer them. He spec'd and built these 448s himself. Thanks Bro!

Looks great! You don't see many 1st gen GS's hooked up, especially with HRE's. I love the 448's, just wish they came in 20's:( Now, you just need to drop the car right above those tires!:D

Note to all: notice link's 'other' cool car in the garage: a sweet 1985 Toyota Corolla GT-S hatchback- factory LSD, 16" wheels, springs & shocks, repainted Glasurit Liquid Silver, etc.

Nice choice with the 448Rs! Definitely one of the nicest first-gen GS3s around- I had the pleasure of pimpin' it around all last weekend. This car gets some stares!

Here's the GTS since my bro mentioned it

This is the GTS in all its glory.

Daygo- I want to drop the car more. I wish there was another option besides Intrax. The Intrax are going to have to do.

Looks awesome Link! Suprisingly, I like ALL of the models in the 440R line....Cant wait to see the 540R's when they are released....

Nice choice of wheels!!!!

your AE is soooo clean! Any more pics???

daygo718 04-30-02 03:02 PM

Link- have you considered doing coilovers? You will definitely get the drop that you want, not to mention much better handling. I wouldn't do Intrax if I were you. If you have to stick to springs, I think H&R and (if you can get them from Japan) Espilir (spelling?) will give you much more drop than the Eibach's.

The HRE's look soooooooo good, congrats!!!!

LexusRules 04-30-02 03:54 PM

have you considered TEIN S.Tech Springs? they are good...

Thanks all

Thanks to all of you guys for the complements on the cars and for the suggestions. I will look at some of the options you guys suggested. I really didn't want to do coilovers because of the cost. There are some more things I need to hook up on the AE86. I will post some more pix later when I download them.
