ADR vs Maxxim

ADR vs Maxxim
Anyone heard or have experiences with those 2 brands of rims?
How are their qualities? I heard ADR were a bit cheaply made in their painting process and are heavy... where as Maxxim is made by Koing... but thats it nothing more.
They both cost about the same though, but it seems Maxxim is being made by a more reputable company?
I need some help deciding between the two thanks
Also do I need hubcentric rings to run after market rims? I dont even know what specs to look for
