Need input on Fitment on 20"

Debating wether to purchase some rims but not sure about fitment. Just wondering if they are going to rub or not look right. any input would help, here are the specs.

Wheels:
Front rims are 20x8.5 offset +45mm and
rears are 20x10 offset +40mm.

Tires
Fronts are NITTO NT555 245/35ZR20 95W
Rears are NITTO NT555 275/30ZR20 97W

Im using HRE springs w/KYB on a 99 GS400

Ths front is ok, the rear you might have to shave or roll a bit on the fenders depending on tire size of course.

Rear:
Wheels are 20x10 offset +40mm.

Depending on how low you are going but you will rub just a bit. I had almost the exact specs (+38 instead of +40) in the rear with the same tires and I rubbed. You will need some minor surgery. ;)

Well he sold the tires.. and now is just selling the rims..

I am also purchasing Tein CS's. So is there a tire size I can use for the rear that wouldnt cause me major problems?

here are the rims that I am talking bout.

I think the 275's in the rears should be pretty good, maybe even a little stretched. But you can also go to the 265's and that will for sure have a stretched look on the tires.
