Default Wheel Selection

I might have posted this in the wrong forum today but here is the question. If I go to 18in wheels and use just springs to lower the car how much will ride quality suffer on a scale from 1 to 10. 1 indicating nothing at all from my stock 96 sc300 5speed and 10 indicating I'm in a truck.

I can tell you in about a week or so it also depends on the spring and the rate.

We have a suspension and breaking section.

Depends on tire sidewall size, brand, spring rates, spring brand, shock brand, shock settings, rubber or urathane bushings, smooth asphalt/concrete roads, brick, etc....

Basically tho, it will make the car handle better when done right if you call that quality suffering. You mean will the ride be siffer and youll feel more bumps? Of course.

I ride on 18s with intrax springs and koni shocks. I've been riding in modifed cars my whole life so it feels great to me, but compared to my stock suspension lexus, the ride is ALOTTTTTTTT stiffer and u feel alot more bumps.
