Another SC400 Wheel thread. What 19's Fit TT Brake Upgrade?? What offsets also.....
I have read tons of things on wheels and fitment on here...... As well as the Stern ST2 post going now....... Honestly, those were the best looking wheels i found...... However.... I was told i would need at least a 10mm Spacer to use them....... So that's out......... Apparently the 95 SC400 uses a bigger caliper than a 92-94............ and there is not enough clearence..... The HP Evo's don't do it for me...........
I guess i just need to know what my options are with 19's and Supra TT brakes........ HELP!! I've had my Platinum Silver SC400 for 2 weeks......... but these Chrome Lexus 16's are just wearing on me...... Thanks. Dan |
I guess i should elaborate a little..... Also planning on running a Staggered fitment with a 275/30/19 in the back and a 245/35/19 in front......... Thanks.

a lot of wheels clear the tt brakes, especially jdm ones from what i see. as long as you get one with high disk design or the spokes curve out enough you get better chance.
there is no real "standard" or whatever about the fitment though, there isn't a spec at all on the brake clearance |
The thing is, i don't want to take a chance when i order something......... I want to be sure of something that fits so i guess i was asking for someone with experience and which wheels specifically fit :)
Thanks. Dan :) |
Go on supraforums and look at all the different wheel/offset comboinations the TT guys are running over there.
