Default Eibach 25mm Bolt-On Spacers
Price: $110.00 (shipped)

For sale are 4 Eibach 25mm bolt-on spacers. Bolt pattern is 5-lug, 114.3mm. The face of the spacers have been painted satin black. The price is firm. Let me know if you have any questions.

I am located in South San Francisco. The bore size is the standard Lexus bore size, 60.1.

I have no idea. I suggest you take a measuring tape, and measure out 25mm from where you are at now. See if that will still clear your fenders.
