Thats a really nice fitment, any spacers? or rolled/pulled fenders?
Thanks,
Julian
Hi Julian,Thanks for the compliment.
Judging by the questions I’ve been getting in PMs, I’m not sure people fully understand what the “redrilling” process entails.Redrilling wheels is a process of taking a wheel designed for a particular bolt pattern and modifying it to another bolt pattern through a CNC drilling process. In this case, I took Style95 BMW wheels which come with a 5x120mm bolt pattern for BMW and redrilled them for a 5x114.3mm bolt pattern for Lexus/Toyota/Nissan/Acura/Infiniti. The Style95 wheels already have appropriate widths and offsets for Lexus GS/SC/LS/etc.
So the point of redrilling is so that you don’t have to run any wheel adapters. The redrilling process costs about $100 per wheel and there are several shops around the country that specialize in it. I hope that clears things up for the folks that weren’t familiar with it.
Julian, to answer your question, the pictures of my car above are with no adapters. Front fenders were rolled and rear fenders were shaved.
