Sorry for the question but I can determine by the pictures... Is the lip of the wheel a different color than the spokes? Looks like it might be a satin silver or something.

? Not sure how you can't tell me if the lips are the same color or not. Do you have them in your possession?

They're the same color. At angles the lip appears to be a different color. Here's a pic of when I TE37SLs

That's how it's produced from Rays. The outer rim area is machined before the coating.
