on an ISF you should have 0 problems clearing anything as you can fit much wider wheels as on a normal IS. If the bbk doesn't clear, you can add a 5-10 mm spacer and it'll work. My IS had big brakes on it too, I think they are similar to the ISF in size, maybe slightly smaller. And there was quite enough room between the spokes and the caliper. Since there is no lip on the rim, it should clear without any issues. The rear will not rub at all as ISF can fit 12" rims easily.
