Stock Height I am not sure. When I had these wheels bolted on, the rear was flush, but the REAR fenders were SHAVED. There was no rubbing. FRONT fenders were STOCK and the front right wheel inner liner rubbed slightly on slow, hard right turns.

I believe they have the same bolt pattern and the offsets were for stock fenders for the 3GS. So i would say yes.

What is the condition on the vossens? Any curb rash at all, close up pics of each wheel by chance?

Vossens are 9.5/10. there is no curb rash at all

Yes both would fit the 2010 GS 350. The Varrstoen may rub in the rear though.
