Really? This is what hubcentric rings are made for...Lexus has one of the smallest hub bores out there, so almost all aftermarket wheels will need them for our cars...for example, I need them for my 5Axis wheels

You can use hub rings. You should buy these and I will just get myself a GT-R next year. If I buy these, GT-R plans will have to be shelved.
