VIP Modular VR-01 FS/FT 20x9.5 20x11
20x9.5 front, unknown offset, I calculate it 0 to +10. 3.75" lip 225/35/20
20x11 rear, unknown offset, calc +10 to +15. 4.5" lip 275/30/20
rear rims in mint condition, no rashes, bends or scratches, just 3 dots on one of the lips from driving.
The front are in good condition, no bends. One has a 1'' scratch on the face and the other has minor curb rash on the lip (pictured)

CORRECTIONS MADE 
alright so i was assuming that you were using a standard disk but now that i think about i know VIP Modular use custom disks a lot of times.
Rear
4.5" lip = 114 mm BTW
11" wide rim
Standard disk 114 mm = +23 offset
Medium disk 114 mm = +14 offset
High disk 114 mm = +6 offset
Front
3.75" lip = 95mm
9.5" wide rim
standard disk = +22 offset
medium disk = +13 offset
high disk = +5 offset
you just need to find out which disk thickness you have cheers

i know for a fact that i posted up on this thread, so unless you created a new one or someone else is selling the exact same set of wheels....¿
i posted up some estimated offesets that i believe are pretty close to reality for yours F should actually be around +29 and R is also around +29..
i offer $2500 for wheels only no tires. if this sounds like something your interested in PM me soon cuz i;m about to purchase someone else's VR01's today.
