Racing Heart C4 19"

they are 5x114.3 bolt pattern and 19" with NITTO NT555 225/35/19 with lots of thread left. rims in great shape just needs cleaning and center caps.

What are the wheel widths and offsets? Measurement on tread left? Is the driver rear wheel bent since it looks like it's not holding air?
