It will fit, but it will be a square setup, I was going to run this on my 2010 is250 with spacers in the rear.

Any chance you can post a pic of your IS rockin these rims. Rims look very nice but I'm having trouble picturing it on my IS.

Unfortunately, I have never mounted these wheels on my car but the best I can do for you is this.
