hows the fitmentif it were on a 2gs, would there be modifying of the fender.

YUP! ! ! You'd have to have the fenders pulled, shaved and rolled and stretch the tires.

Fitment would have to be a rolled, pulled and stretch tire set up in order to fit on a GS.
