Default Brake/accelerator creaking sound

Greetings,
I purchased a UX250h last week. I’m noticing an intermittent creaking, clicking type sound (sounds almost like a children’s toy) at low speeds (<20mph) when I depress the brake or accelerator. The sound is also observed when releasing brake/accelerator. I’ve owned 4 other Lexus vehicles, 2 of which were also hybrids and have never experienced this. I can’t imagine that this is normal. Any thoughts would be very appreciated. It happens slightly more often when cold. Here is a short video:

Well.. the creaking got worse. I probably have over 100 videos. Most concerning was that I was experiencing pressure loss in the pedals. I’ve had other issues with my car as well. On the third attempt, they found the cable assembly was loose, which they tightened and insulated. The sound was gone for about a week, but resurfaced unfortunately, but is a bit different. More of a clicking rather than creaking. The brake pedal also intermittently “catches” upon release. Car is in the shop now.

Have the dealership managed to solve the clicking noise? I’m facing this noise too.

The clicking sound still has not been fixed. I don’t think they will try again until Lexus issues a repair recommendation. If you take it to the dealership and it persists, consider calling the National Lexus hotline and report the issue. If you do get a fix, let me know!

Hello..
It took several times and they finally insulated the area and I don’t hear it now. Still some clicking sound with the pedals though. I would 100% recommend notifying national Lexus to advise of issue so they know it’s happening with a lot of the hybrid models and can work on a fix.

Same issue. I hear it pretty frequently now. Brought my car in twice. First time they said they couldn’t figure out what’s causing that noise. Second time said it normal as they pulled 2 brand new ux to compare. Wish they could fix and get rid of it

Hi. How they insulated this area ? As I understand it's 2nd place?
