It's a good move by Lexus to re-purpose the slow selling CT and expand on the red hot CUV segment. I just really hope AWD is available.
Yes, this compact luxury CUV segment is hot right now. A lot of competition, good for consumers. New models are being updatec and improved all of the time.
Smart of Lexus to bring this to production in such a hot segment, but this is one instance where I hope the production car looks nothing like the concept.
I agree it's a good move, but if the concept is any indication, this could end up questionable looking.
Eh that's what everyone said about the LF-NX concept, but the NX looks decent especially with its 2018 refresh. I'm sure the UX will incorporate the latest L-Finesse Spindle cues which are more organic and less slapped on than '13-15 models.
My question is what are they going to use to power the UX. What about transmission, 6 or 8 speed? A hybrid version no doubt gets an eCVT.

Yep, this is the one time where I hope the production won't look like this mad-max concept, unless it has the apocalyptic gears/drivetrain/prowess to back it up, esp. for those huge tires
