2019 UX200 with 22k miles. The front tires have horrible wear. (fronts have now been moved to the rear) There is some chunking on the inner and outer edges (mostly outer). I took it for an alignment thinking that was the issue. The alignment was off a negligible amount, I had them align it.
The car is driven in So Cal. Our roads suck, but this is not the result of roads. I have other cars and this does not happen. The rear tires are wearing perfect. Tires are inflated to specs on door sticker.

Before I got my 20"s wheels and tires for my UX (at 30k mileage), my OEM f sport wheels with bridgestone runflats still looked nearly new despite being daily driven for 4 years in Chicago.
The car rides very smooth. It only has 22k miles. (original owner).
I can't imagine the springs and struts can get weak with such low miles or in 4.5 years. Assuming I got a bad spring or strut.....what are the odds that the same car got two bad springs and struts?
Either way you're coming up on 5 years on original tires. I'd replace them.
You did have some mild toe in on one side which combined with the dry rot of the tires due to their age, could have exacerbated wear. Could just have had bad /defective tires that rotted prematurely. But either way time to start a fresh with new tires and your new alignment. but for anything else gone very bad (doubt it) i think you'll be fine w/ new tires.

You have nothing to lose. Contact lexus support and give them details of your vehicle and current mileage, and attach pictures.
Nothing personal, but do you happen to be big and heavy?
Do you have a theory about a big and heavy driver?
This reminds me of a frontend alignment and suspension repair job back in the mid 70s on a Ford Maverick.
The tires shown has camber wear and slight chunking just a month or two after the job. I could not get the LF tire to wear evenly and I didn't realize what was wrong until I found out the driver of the vehicle was very big and heavy.
At the end, the driver had to sit in the vehicle while I set the camber the best I could due to left and right LCA height variations.
The peeling and chipping on the shoulder of the tire is caused by dry rot and scuffing during sharp turns. There is nothing wrong with the steering or suspension, this is the typical result of too many sharp parking lot turns. In a hot environment, tires can show a dry rot condition after 4 years, those tires are almost 6 years old.
