Default Issues with driver recognition and seat memory

I'm having issues with the '25 TX500h recognizing drivers and restoring seat settings. My wife and I use separate keys, have the setting checked in the menu to recognize based on key. But the car rarely gets the driver correct and never sets the seat settings to the appropriate driver. Any tips for getting this to work?

We resorted to pushing the seat memory button every time.

Had this issue for a while. Had to make sure that the doors were locked once one of us was done using the vehicle, so that the car would recognize what key was unlocking the car and thus set the driver settings. I would also double check the car settings in the menu, you might have it set where it doesn't automatically sets your driver settings. Also the most frustrating thing was when we both had our keys on us, so we had to ensure we only carried one key when we both were in the car.

Hopefully this helps? If not during your complimentary maintenance, you can have the techs set it up for you. You can even get them to program the key fob so all windows roll down if you hold the unlock button. Best of luck.

That all windows DOWN feature is nice. It would be even nicer if there was an all window UP feature. Putting each window up individually (including the sunroof) is a pain.

Highly agree about a windows up feature! Also wish there was a remote start with all windows down feature. Hopefully it's something that can be done with a software update down the line? Here's hoping lol!
