452s provide decent grip with good rain clerance.

but whatever you do, stay the hell away from the Falken 912s. they are absolute garbage all around.

i wouldn't say they are very quiet, i have had quieter tires. the ride is decent. i say watch out if you ride more negative camber. i have read a few cases where the inner sidewall failed.

452s are noisy...had them replaced w/ hankook ventus v12 evo's..much better and quieter ride

Avoid the 452 if you can get some other tire instead. I have 452 right now and they are the worst tires I've owned, and this is after giving Falken 3 tries. Noisy, somewhat terrible wear, and okay grip. My Bridgestone RE-030 outlasted 2 sets of falken tires and they still look like they'll outlast my current set of falkens.

I believe there has been discussion on these tires on this forum in the past with major concerns here and elsewhere with these tires shredding and falling apart if the air pressure is low-more so than other tires. I have experienced two occasions where the tire just shredded. Sure, no tire should be run on with low pressure, however with low profile tires it is difficult to tell without TPMS and the 452s are not forgiving vs other tires in my experience.

For the money I recommend V12s, T1Rs, or Extremes. All 3 are excellent all around performance tires.
