Good place for custom hub centric rings??

When reading a hub-centric ring size, the description goes O.D. (Outer Diameter - the wheels hub bore) to I.D. (Inner Diameter - the vehicles hub bore). From your description OP (60.10-67.60)there is no possible way this wheel will work on your car without machining the wheels hub bore out.
If you ment 67.60-60.10 I don't believe anyone makes a ring in this size. You can purchase ring size 67-60.10 which should do the trick. It's important to remember that hub rings and the hub bore are not load bearing. Hub rings are used on non hub centric wheels to center the wheel properly. A properly centered wheel once torqued down will not cause any vibrations.
