Default offset vs alignment

I'm a novice in this, but i have a set of mags 17x7, offset +40 with tire 215/55r17, i will be purchasing an used set for winter 17x7, offset +45 with tire 215/55r17.

The fact the the offset is different, will i have to do an alignment everytime i change the mags ?

thank you.

An alignment is not necessary for your case.
