Oh okay, can any wheel alignment shop do that? Any specific things I need to look our for when installing these spacers?

BTW: The picture above I'm familiar with as I had installed 20mm spacers on my car before. I just wanted a visual representation of how thinner spacers ( 10mm ) would fit between the wheel and the hub, since they are not bolt on types

Update:
Replaced all front Ichiba wheel studs with H&R studs and the vibrstion I had at 70mph is gone.
When I was replacing them, again another 2 were loose and were a PITA to get off. Had to vise grip the head of the stud to get the lug nut off. After that they just slipped out.
I'll personally never use Ichiba studs again.

You should have just used these extended lugs like the one shown at the bottom

Those wouldn't have kept the lugs from spinning loose.
