Looking for advice on all season replacement tires for an 07 ES350 w/25k. OEM Michilins on it now. I'm in upstate NY with all four seasons and need all weather tires that will last for more than 25k and with low road noise.

I have an 07ES350 also. The stock Michelins are wearing kinda fast at around 21500 miles even with regular rotations.

I intend on putting on YOKOHAMA AVID V4s.
They are an excellent tire which I have used on past vehicles and have a good all-season tread pattern.
The are "AA" rated traction & "A" for temperature.
They are directional tires so you'll only be able to rotate them keeping them on the same side of the vehicle.

They are reasonably priced for a V rated 17 inch tire.

I would suggest either the Goodyear Triple Treds (80k mile treadlife & good in the winter months) or the Nokian WR All Weather Plus tires (good for 60k miles) & also excellent for year round use. More info here...

triple tred assurances are excellent tires, the tire rack reviews speak for themselves. My moms avalon had them after wearing out the craptastic michelin energy MXV4. Assurances were very quiet, very smooth, much better traction and they cost less than the energy
