Dennis, log on to superpages, and punch in Pooor Freddies. It's a repair shop in Springfield Queens on Merrick Blvd, the last time I was there, they where welding ALL 4 of this guys Brabus wheels. The fact that the front is damaged means refinishing though.
New wheel?

I seriously doubt they are magnesium... way too brittle for the street. To my knowledge, Konig doesn't make ANY magnesuim wheels. The Villan is a standard cast aluminum wheel. Magnesium wheels are typically $1000 per wheel and up, and are meant for race cars.
Welding the rim will make the area very brittle, and prone to re-cracking. For safety's sake, I would toss the wheel and buy a new one. Or, better yet, make a cool coffee table out of it!

Sir you are absolutely correct!!!!!!!!!! The shop where I tried to mount the tire and told me that they were magnesium which I found odd but the guy was so sure that it was magnesium and told me firmly that it could not be fixed. this guy has been wrong 3 times now. I am never going back.
1. he told me that i could not mount a 265/35/18 tires on a 18x9 wheels
2. he told me that my wheel was magnesium
3. he told me that magnesium wheels cannot be fixed.
The wheel has already been repaired. i am leaving after I type this message to pick it up.
thanks guys!!
Dgot20's.. when I get them I will show them to you
