Question factory stock tire options

What are the factory stock tire options for the 2004 ES300? I live in Columbus, OH and we don't get much snow often, but 3-4 inches in the side streets does happen, occasionally. ( Then, there was last year! )

It used to be only Dunlop 4000s, but I drove a loaner with Bridgestone Potenzas, recently (I don't know WHICH Potenza, though). I'd like to choose the best All Season tires that I can in the deal. I don't think going to Michelin or ContiExtreamContact will work if the dealership doesn't have them lying around.

Why does it seem all the stock tire choices always are pretty poor performers in the snow?

Thanks

b.
