Default 19 inch rims in NYC? How do they stand up to NYC roads?

Anyone have 19s in the New York area? How do they ride? Comfort and durable?

Looking to upgrade to 19s...

Dammit Dennis,

I'm not gonna tell you again, GET SOME 20" wheels!!. If you get 20s, you can run a 245/35-20 in front which is the same or wider than a comparable 19 (235 or 245 width) also the 20s will raise your car up (less scraping), and for some reason they seem to "fill" the small potholes better.

Then you can change your handle to ONEHOTgot20s!

I'ma have to put the smackdown on you and NXTLVL if ya'll dont start following my DIRECT ORDERS!! j/k

I'm not really feeling 20's, it's just not me...I don't really have a problem with my 18's right now but they just look kinda small with the body kit...19's just seem like it would be a perfect setup and size for the car...

haha, i was in the same situation as you were a while back. i have 19's right now, but i really want to upgrade to 20's!

but having a body kit DOES shrink your rims visually by at least a size.

Derrick, I have considered the Gettins but they seem a bit too FLASHY...I'm just looking for a very plain and 3 pc look..Since I do live NY, I don't want anyone messing with the car..

I will look to purchase new wheels soon, most likey I will hope to seek a set of discontinued and hard to find, Racing Hart C5 3 pc.

I would also settle for the Racing Hart M5, CR if the opporunity presents itself.
