Buying new rotor that made 3 yrs ago, is it Ok?

so someone selling new rotor for my car that was made in Dec 2015, is it ok? i assume there is no "expiration" date on rotor, right?

After my past experiences with rotors I would not buy any aftermarket rotors, only Toyota/Lexus. I tried 2 different brands and both warped/hotspots within a couple years. Toyota still perfect. Lesson learned.

Interesting. What brand are they which wrapped? Absolutely cheap may be, brembo/centric are AM but OE equivalents.
