Default Advice on rebuilding Brake Booster and Master Cylinder

Asking for 220k miles 1998 Lexus LS400

My Brake Booster went bad and I opted for rebuilding for $140 here in Cali and I am searching for options to rebuild my LS400 master cylinder. My LS400 is 225k and I am not sure should I rebuild both or buying a used (125k miles) from a salvage yard for under $60 bucks
Also I can't find any place that rebuilds lexus master cylinders. Does buying aftermarket like cardone would function as good as OEM for a MC? I have read horror stories that they are not as good as OEM in function and sometime the feel is not at the sweet spot.
OEM is like $800 so I need to pick used or aftermarket for BB+MC.

I am thinking to buy a aftermarket MC and rebuilding my BB, if that makes sense.
