Default Couple of ???

First one is I'm going to get some 20's for my 98 gs400 and I'm going to lower it with the eibach prokit which I believe lowers the car one inch all around. The tires on the wheels will be 255X35. Will there be any rubbing at all?

Question two is I just installed some day time running lights and while I like the color a lot more than the factory yellows, they aren't nearly as bright. What would you guys recommend as far as getting a bulb that has good intensity and color for daytime runners, thanks.

no bulbs will really make the drl look bright white, coz' it's running at so low wattage

for the wheels, it depends on the offset, not just the size

the max tire size on GS front are 245, you go over that you will rub. 245/35/20 is recommanded.

got a buddy with 255/35/20 upfront and he still has stock suspension and rubs on highway highlows, but u need 2 make sure u get the right offset, i think +44 to +40 is about right, mayb one of the wheel gurus will give u the xact offsets that will claer fine, just cus its 5 lug doesn't mean in will fit....

Also, some early 99's (like mine) didn't come with DRL's.

If you read my orginal post carefully I specifically stated that I do no have daytime running lights but rather the little night lights. Daytime running lights are for newer models which is just the high beams running on 50 percent of their capabilities. Someone correct me if i'm wrong but I think that should be right.

ya but u have the correct offset 4 a gs, but if the offset is off, u will rub even with 245/35/20 up front,
