Default ?Custom PID on Torque App for TPMS Tire pressure Reading

So I've scoured the internet to figure out how to do this and just wanted to see if anyone has any insight on getting the tire pressure from the ELM327 with the Torque or any app. It can be don't with scangauge tool, but that might just be a more advanced tool and it might not be possible. I'll include all the information I have here.

This is an example from the Ford Focus RS. This is the scan gauge data.
Left Front Tire Units:PSI
TXD: 0726222813
RXF: 046285280613
RXD: 3010
MTH: 000100020000

This is the custom PID. You can actually load this preset on the Torque App
Left Front Tire Pressure (Driver Front) - Uses the vehicle's TPMS to read your tire pressure.
PID: 222813
Long Name: Left Front Tire Pressure
Short Name: Tire PSI (LF)
Maximum Value: 70
Unit type: PSI
Equation: (((256*A)+B)/3+22/3)*0.145
Start Diagnostic Command: Blank
Stop Diagnostic Command: Blank

OBD Header to use: 726

TXD is the transmission sent to the ECU, so in the above example, that is part of the Header and the PID. They don't seem to do anything with the RXF or RXD, which is the receiving information filter and the location of the receiving information that is sent back. Part of the RXF and RXD are used in the MTH equation

Then the MTH is the equation to convert the signal you receive into an actual value you'll recognize. The breakdown of the MTH can be seen in this link.

From the scangauge website this is the breakdown of how to get the tire pressure reading from our sensors.

PID: AF02138
Long Name: Left Front Tire Pressure
Short Name: Tire PSI (LF)
Maximum Value: 70

Equation: (C*(29/4)-145)/10 ***The letter I'm not entirely sure about. It can be A-F.
Start Diagnostic Command:
Stop Diagnostic Command:
OBD Header to use: 822

When I use the above PID, I get a non-stop response back with multiple values and I eventually just close it. I've tried the PID as just 2138 or 2162 and the Header as 822AF0 and get multiple responses as well.

I'm not sure if this is possible and might have something to do with RXF and RXD because on the Focus RS example, the PID changes and the RXF changes, but the RXD stays the same. On the Lexus models, the PID stays the same and the RXD changes, so not sure how that factors in. Anybody have any insights?
