Post Review: Nexen N-Fera SU4

Keep in mind, these tires cost A LOT less than the popular name brand ones (Yokohama, Toyo, Bridgestone, Continental, etc.)

With that said, here's my review after putting ~2,000 kilometers on them with a 2017 IS200T.

Noise: 5/5
As quiet, if not quieter than the Continental ExtremeContact DWS. If you want quiet tires, these are great!

Dry: 3/5
If you're doing 150 kph + you will not feel safe with these tires. The control is close to none and by that, I was running nearly finished Bridgestone Turanza tires (OEM ones) and they handled better at that speed. However, if you're doing 40 kph over the speed limit, they're good, not great, and you'll see why in the next point.

Handling: 0/5
Pure crap. If you drive aggressively, steer away from these tires. Should you do any fast maneuvering, you're under the impression that the car will slide/spin out.

Wet: 2/5
I've gone 10 kph over the limit in the wet, I don't plan on testing past that, due to what I wrote about how they handle in the dry. This may sound bad, but you shouldn't be speeding in the rain, let alone, at all for that matter. Back to the point, 10 kph over the limit in the wet, and they did the job.

Treadwear: 5/5
They have ~2,000 kilometers on them and they still look like new. So far, that's a plus.

Overall Impression:
They're black, they're round and they hold air.

Seriously though, if you drive calmly and fit these criteria:
- You drive at the speed limit or 10 over.
- You don't zigzag.
- You don't do any abrupt maneuvers.

Then these tires are for you. You'll also benefit from them being quiet and inexpensive.
Price: $690 CDN taxes and installation included for 225-40-18(front) & 255-35-18(rear). Which is $550 USD on 07/24/2017.

If you're on budget, they're worth it, IF you fit the criteria listed above.

However, if you like to:
- Push your car (IS350 owners :P )
- Take fast corners.
- Go fast in the rain.
- Zigzag.

Then please steer away from these tires, since you're taking a risk (not joking).

I don't push this car and if I want "spirited" driving I'll take my FZ-09 out which is why I opted for these tires.
