Default Ls430 fitment help

I'm looking to buy some wheels off Craigslist for my ls430 her are the specs
20x9.5 front
20x9.5 rear
Tires size
275/35/20 front
275/35/20 rear
Offset
+20 front
+20 rear
They will be on stock suspension for now. Will I need spacers to clean front breaks? Any mods I might need to do will be great to know before hand

It would help to know what wheels these are so that we can know if they'll clear the front brakes.

If they are multipiece wheels, I hope they have a high disk in the front so help with brake clearance.

Fitment will be aggressive for stock suspension.

If they are all original, It should say what disk they are on the barrel sticker.

Like this one below.. is an O disk

This one is an A disk

R disk is for Big brakes which is what you would want.
A disk is standard may work with use of spacers
O disk is deep lip good for rears.

Ask the seller to see if he can get you that info.

re-drill is a little iffy on such expensive wheels but the fit as mentioned will be really aggressive without lowering.

I wouldn't do it personally with the re-drill. Good recipe for wheel shake which would drive me absolutely nuts.
