Question polished lip.....

What is the best way to clean a polished lip? Are there any dressings, etc. to give it an extra shine?

The Blitz look sharp!!!

Are you talking about your Blitz wheels? Most Japanese wheels have their outer rims clear anodized, so they are not particularly shiny, even when new. I found this to be the case on my Racing Sparco RR wheels on my MR2.

Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to "shine them up" if the outers are clearcoated or anodized...

like most JDM wheels, Blitz wheels are clear coated..just soap + water..blot dry...no need for anything..esp NO harsh cleaning chemical..it will destroy/discolor the finish

Thanks for the replies and compliments. I new that Japanese rims weren't as shiny (esp. the Japanese chrome). I odn't particularly want it bling-bling (not a fan of that), but just curious. I've been washing them w/ soap and water and I guess thats how it'll stay. Thanks guys.
