Default 09 IS 350 Wheel fitment

Hello everyone, I need some assistance with wheel fitment, the Lexus is my wife's car and I'm wanting to fit new wheels to the car since it's due for new tires, This is my question, I just put new wheels and tires on my C5Z and I was wanting to try fitting the wheel/tires I took off they are like new and have very low mileage, I know the wheel lug pattern is different (5x120.65) so I was thinking maybe adapters/spacers, (25mm) the wheels are TSW Nurburgring 19x10.5 rear and 18x9 front 65 and 50 offset they have 305/30/19 and 265/35/18, Hancock V-12 the car is completely stock, ride height etc.
is this possible without too much trouble, should I use different thickness of adapters ?

If I can't make this work I thought maybe another set of wheels same size with correct lug pattern so I can still use the Hancook tires, maybe a 10 inch wide rear and 9 front since wheel availability is better, any suggestions on offset recommendation for the size wheel to still run the larger tires ?

I guess if all else fails I could go ahead and sale the wheels and tires and by another completely new set up, but the Nurburgring looked good on the Vette so I was hoping to keep em and use them.

any help would be appreciated I've been reading and using several different wheel calculators and it looks doable but it all really depends on how much room is there.

I threw some pics in to show the wheels before they were changed out.

Thanks for any input

Typically, you can drill out up to 5-6mm to change the bolt pattern with a set insert. You can try finding a local machine shop that specializes in wheels to see if its doable. Youc an also try contacting TSW directly.

H&R Springs makes wheel spacers that allow the adaption of wheels to different vehicles. Take a look
http://www.trakplus.com/

I have them on my RX350, just 20mm spacers. No problems. They are all made in Germany.

However the best thing may be to sell them and buy the correct wheels and tires for the other vehicle.
