OEM tires for 330 - which are better?
(Also posted in RX forum...)
Our new 330 has chromes on it and we're taking it back to the dealer to swap for standard 18" rims. I'm debating on which OEM tire to request, the Goodyear RS-A's or the Michelin MXV4 S8's. Tire rack has mixed reviews on the Goodyear and the Michelin is too new for any ratings (but their older MXV variants also had lukewarm reviews). Anyone here have experience with both? Or for those of you with either, how has each performed so far (handling, noise, comfort, rain)? I replaced the crappy Goodyear Integrity's on our 300 with the much superior Michelin Cross Terrains but I am hesitant to judge a whole manufacturer's line based on only one model of their tires.
Thanks.
